Powers: The ability to manipulate the color spectrum (up to UV and down to infrared) in her immediate area, she can turn herself invisible this way and create an illusion around herself, among other things. She can attempt to widen the area that is affected by her powers, but it takes a great amount of concentration and may weaken the effect of the illusion used

History: Talitha was born in a small town in Canada, and most of the residents of the town had one thing in common - they hated mutants. Talitha was one of the top students in her class due to having photographic memory, and this also made her an excellent musician. She gained her powers when she turned fourteen, and began experimenting with them in secret. She wore contacts and her hair was kept dyed brown to hide the fact that she was a mutant. Her parents contacted Professor Xavier half a year after she turned fifteen, and made arangements for her to go to the Institute when she turned sixteen. About a month before her sixteenth birthday, one of Talitha's contacts came out when she was at the mall, revealing her violet eyes. The next day a mob of people came to her house, and attempted to burn it down. Talitha managed to escape by staying invisible after leaving the burning house, but her parents didn't. She remembered about the Xavier Institute, however, and used her parents' credit card number to get enough money to take a bus over the US-Canadian border to Salem Center.



Personality: Talitha is a very timid person, very uncomfortable around people she doesn't know, and doesn't like taking extreme risks. She is very sensitive on the topic of her parents, because due to her photographic memory, the vision of her burning house is always fresh in her mind.
