Powers: .Dazzler converts sound into a wide assortment of light-based powers. She can focus them into a solid photon beam from her hands or create a blinding light blast. Currently she can even contort light around herself to slightly alter her appearance so she's not recognizible when out in public. She also will start to glow when losing control of her emotions. Dazzler constantly needs to absorb sound around her to keep using her powers but she can store her light powers for a small time period in a sound vaccuum if she needed to.

History: .Alison Blaire is a very famous teen pop singer/dancer who has a bunch of videos on constant rotation on MTV. She was leading a somewhat normal life until during a media rush her mutant powers activated and she accidently unleashed a light burst that nearly blinded most of the reporters and fans near her. Luckily her publicist was able to help keep Alison's mutant powers a secret by letting out stories of a faulty electrical equipment nearby, but Alison still felt horrible about what happened. Realizing she's a mutant and not very sure if she should go public with that knowledge, Alison Blaire has decided to find help with the X-Men. She uses the name Dazzler based of her platinum selling debut album.
