Powers/Skills: Storm is a mutant with the ability to manipulate weather. She can stimulate any form of precipitation, generate winds in varying degrees of intensity, raise or lower the humidity and temperature in her immediate vicinity, induce lightning and other electrical atmospheric phenomena, and disperse natural storms so as to create clear change. She is also a natural thief, entitling her to have experience picking locks and disabling car security alarms. She is known to keep her "tools" somewhere on her person at all times.

 

History:  Ororo grew up some odd 12 years, the daughter of a magazine editor and a princess of a tribe in Kenya. She had lived in New York City with both parents, and attended middle school near her home. One afternoon, David and N'Dare dined at a cafe just beside a corporate building. The Munroes left the restaurant, and were walking down the street when they were caught in the blast of a bomb erupting from the building. Around evening time, Ororo came home from basketball practice, only to discover the horrid reality of her parents' demise. Afraid of being taken to an orphanage, Ororo ran away from her old life, and began anew as living on the streets. She burglarized many vehicles to make ends meat, and eventually gathered quite the criminal record. The other methods of her survival are kept tightly shut in the young woman's mind. After some time, Ororo's mutant ability began to manifest, to the point where she was frightened, unable to contain it's intensity. Mere days after, the events of which are again guarded by her, Ororo was taken in by Charles Xavier.

 

Personality: Ororo's initial attitude is something along the lines of smart assed to straight-forward. Once familiar and comfortable with a person, she tends to tone down that demeanor and becomes somewhat friendly, and can be percieved as affectionate and motherly (not always together) in times of need, She is quite the intelligent woman, and relies on her street smarts to get her through awkward situations.
